How to Access BIAS Hosted Email Using Webmail

Domain-specific settings

BIAS hosts email for multiple customer domains. Your organization's webmail address and server details may differ from those of another BIAS customer.

Steps

1. Open a modern web browser.
2. In the address bar, enter:

https://yourdomain.com/webmail

1. Replace yourdomain.com with your organization's actual domain name.
2. Sign in using your full email address as the username.

Example:

name@yourcompany.com

1. Enter your email mailbox password.
2. Open the available webmail application. In many cPanel environments this will be Roundcube.

If the webmail page does not open

The domain may use a different server hostname or configuration.

Use the server information provided by BIAS or contact BIAS Support.

If your password is rejected

Confirm that:

• you are entering the full email address;
• Caps Lock is not enabled;
• you are using your email password rather than another company password;
• the password has not recently been changed.

If you still cannot sign in, contact BIAS Support.

Security

Do not save your password on a shared or public computer.

Always sign out of webmail when finished.
