When VPN may be required

Your organization may require VPN access for:

  • internal applications;
  • file servers;
  • Remote Desktop;
  • business systems that are not available publicly;
  • secure access while working remotely.

Before connecting

Use only the VPN profile and instructions supplied by BIAS or your organization.

Do not share VPN credentials.

After connecting

Open the internal application or resource you need.

Disconnect from the VPN when instructed or when it is no longer required.

If the VPN connects but resources do not work

Record:

  • the device you are using;
  • whether the VPN shows connected;
  • the resource you are trying to access;
  • any error message.

Then contact BIAS Support.
