How to Find Your Windows Computer Name
BIAS may ask for your computer name when troubleshooting a support request.

Windows 11 / Windows 10
- Open Settings.
- Open System.
- Open About.
- Locate Device name.
Provide the device name exactly as shown to the BIAS technician.
Do not send passwords or security codes with the computer name.
