BIAS provides several ways to obtain technical support depending on the type of assistance you need.

Use the Knowledge Base first

For common setup questions and troubleshooting issues, search the BIAS Knowledge Base. Many common email, Windows, networking, printer, VPN and security issues can be resolved using the published guides.

Start Remote Support

If a BIAS technician has asked to connect to your computer, use the Remote Support option in the Support Center.

Only begin a remote session when you are expecting support from BIAS or have been directed to do so by an authorized BIAS technician.

Submit a Support Request

Use Submit Support Request for issues that require technical investigation.

Include:

  • your name;
  • organization;
  • contact information;
  • affected computer or device;
  • a clear description of the problem;
  • when the issue began;
  • any error message shown;
  • screenshots where useful;
  • whether other users are affected.

Contact Support

For urgent assistance or if you cannot use the online support tools, use the BIAS support telephone or email details shown on the website.

Before contacting support

If possible, note:

  • your computer name;
  • your email address;
  • the application involved;
  • whether the issue affects one user or multiple users;
  • whether you have already restarted the affected application or device.
