Set Up BIAS Hosted Email in Thunderbird

Steps

1. Open Thunderbird.
2. Choose Add Mail Account.
3. Enter your name, full email address and mailbox password.
4. Allow Thunderbird to attempt automatic configuration.
5. If the detected settings are incorrect, choose manual configuration.
6. Set incoming protocol to IMAP.
7. Enter the incoming server hostname from cPanel.
8. Use SSL/TLS and the secure IMAP port.
9. Enter the SMTP hostname from cPanel.
10. Enable SMTP authentication.
11. Use your full email address as the username.
12. Save the configuration.
13. Test sending and receiving.

Use Email Accounts → Connect Devices in cPanel as the authoritative source for server-specific settings.
